I had a case back in 2005 where I was hit at a stop light. The other driver was very privilaged and said my car was a piece of junk anyways. I obtained Brown and Brown because I seen them on TV. The case was not going well so I tried to Express my concerns to Mr. Brown himself for guidance and help, that was the worst experience . I was talked down to by Mr. BROWN him self and was told to leave. At the end of the case I had to pay some of the medical Bill's on my own, I was humiliated and the case drug out 5 years. I had a police report stating the other party was at fault but it Brown and Brown did not defend me instead they sided with the other parties insurance. I lost out but Brown and Brown still changed me their 40 percent across the board. The case finished at 35,000 but I only got 5,000 which oui had to pay some medical Bill's with and repair my car and still have to suffer from untreated injuries. DONT TRUST THIS FIRM!!!
