Amy Gervich is an absolutely awesome attorney. I live on social security disability and she worked with me on her fees. She saved me $15,000 in arrearages because my ex’s income went from $40,000 to over $120,000. I tried multiple times to have my childsupport adjusted myself by writing a letter to the state of Missouri, which is exactly what the states said I needed to do. Missouri never responded, but Amy got it taken care of. I would highly recommend her for any childsupport matters, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Those who have anything negative to say about her probably didn’t tell the entire truth! She is very ethical in her job. Heather and Nicole are absolutely awesome. I told Heather my biggest pet peeve is communicating! She made sure to keep me updated on everything. I don’t believe I went more then 10 days without hearing from her or Nicole. I can’t say enough good things about them. They made everything less stressful. I thank God I found the Amy Gervich Law Firm!

This is the worst law firm in the Saint Louis region. If you are looking for an attorney to help you with your divorce or child custody keep looking. Stephen was my attorney at my case for a year. For a year all I was doing is feeding them with money. Katie lies to me many times about my case when I mentioned that to Stephen he said she was tried to help me.If you are black don’t even think about hiring them. I wasted almost $10.000 on that peace of shift law firm.

When the police came to my home in the middle of the night to take them away from me for three weeks I was completely distraught. I panicked, then I crumbled. The worst attorney ever. Amy misrepresented me in court, never on time to court hearings, very unorganized and lack of professionalism. The judge went off on her in court, right in front of me and the other party that we were fighting against. Amy was a waste of my time and money ! She doesn’t return my emails nor phone calls. If I could rate her negative stars I will. Get it together, Amy! Your service sucks.

Working with Amy and Her team was very pleasant. Amy made sure I was getting a fair deal even when I wanted to settle. She has her clients best interest in mind as well as what is right for the child or children involved. I will use Amy and her team again.
