The office was in a safe area Saint Louis, MO 63105 with good parking and security. The elevator ride up to suite 1600 was smooth and handicap accessible from the parking to their meeting room. I was greeted by pleasant employees and felt comfortable from the time I walked in 15 minutes early and was accepted 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and offered a water.

They made things so that a simple guy like me could understand the terms in which they speak and I really appreciate that, you could say they are just regular guys that love to go to legal battle for you. They say you should speak softly and carry a big stick, these guys are my big stick.
