Seems like he took my retainer and fled.. told me in a couple meetings that he was gonna file this and this... He never filed anything... Had him for 3 months too long... Fired him and demanded my retainer back.... And I will not stop there nor on this review until I get everything owed back to me.. Never answered my emails also.. Jeremy Sackett took my elderly Aunts retainer money and then stopped returning her calls. He rerurned her call two hours before she was to be in court and was sorry he couldnt reach her sooner. After my aunt and I went to court alone we visited his office and he was gracious enough to hand her case over to an associate with more time if she would supply more retainer money. His office refuses to give a detailed statement of any work to justify keeping the the original retainer money. Do not waste your time or money relying on him for any type of representation!!! He deserves less than one star if it was possible.

We have been through several attorneys over the past 4 years that have given bad advice, false billing, overcharged, being lied too (attorneys coming to court and not being prepared) and made matters worse, dragging things out. Devin DiDominicus represented a close family member of mine through a lengthy civil case. She is elderly, and was going through a lot at the time. Mr. DiDominicus was always available for her needs during the time of her case. He never put her off, tried to upsell her, or make her feel like her case wasn't as important as other he may have been dealing with at the time. Known him for a while but most recently, I was represented by Devin DiDominicus at an actual court hearing dealing with a frivolous order of protection. I would not give Mike Swanson a star at all. He lied and cost me lots of money. Make sure you take extra ears with you to his office or to court. He would not return my calls or emails after I signed a paper which he said was temporary...had to hire another attorney..

Devin DiDominicus is currently working with me on a case. He is an OUTSTANDING lawyer. Get things done and handeled quickly. He is also on Facebook and replies to questions and concerns quickly. He was able to get a few things dropped, such as a warrent and a few other things pertaining to the case. Still have a couple of charges he is working on for me. If you want to be in good hands and able to sleep at night and not have to stress about court, divorce, criminal charges, or anything else go with Devin!

I can't even give this firm 1 star, Terrible communication with office staff, Promises you the moon and nothing, I have been fighting a case for almost 2 years now and still don't have all the stuff done, no house involved, cars or businesses just 401k and pensions child supprt and maintenance and I am still fighting this case with another lawyer, who is finally getting it done. I have a custody case but that's not completely the issue my other stuff isn't even done. Took this firm a month and a half to file for divorce, my ex beat me to the punch. horrible horrible representation. I am not stopping here either. I almost lost part of my case because he didn't get a hold of me for weeks on end. There are a gazillion lawyers out there. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! I have proof of it! He looks lie he just rolled out of bed!

Michael started out swinging and all was well. Then this happened; He was given a $1000 retainer fee for his help in my case, he told me basically the case was in the bag and I didn't have to worry about anything and that the case was going to be dismissed (this was in May 2017) that was the last I heard from him. So me taken his advice you know because he is my lawyer, I didn't worry about anything. Well was that the wrong thing to do. I had called his office on multiple occasions to discuss my case and never received a call back regarding me getting a letter for mandatory jail time for not paying the extra amount of child support my ex-wife was going for after he told me that my case was dismissed. So here it is January of 2018, guess what I got a letter from him stating that he was dismissing himself from my case and he was no longer going to represent me. So $1000 later a paper for me to go to jail for something I was told was dismissed, he is no longer my lawyer? All I can say is#1 don't get him as a lawyer and if you do or have had him check your court records and make sure your life is not only put in his hands, watch out for yourself because he will not have your back.

Where should I begin... Michael Swanson is a horrible lawyer. In the beginning, he made all of these false promises. He was diligent and very attentive. Two months later, communication was non existent. He would not return phone calls, emails, nothing. Yvonda, his paralegal, typed up paperwork that I had to correct before we could sign it and file with the court. I never went to law school of any kind but I do know how to properly use pronouns, unlike her. After leaving a horrible review on here before, we finally received a call from Mr. Swanson saying that unless we removed the terrible review, he would no longer work for us. After discussing out expectations, Mike agreed to do better. We removed the review. Things got better for another two months. After that, back to the same things as before. My fiancé went into his office and personally signed a third party disclosure agreement that would allow the office to discuss case details with me. Somehow, the office misplaced the agreement and still would not discuss anything with me. After emailing Mike, calling his office regularly and not getting any responses or even a phone call, we logged onto the court records only to see that Mike is withdrawing from the case. He did not notify us of this. After calling his office, they have no answers to give to us at this time. Mike also filed a proposed order to which we are clueless as to what it says. His own client did not agree to any such order, nor has he even seen it. We have wasted over a year with Mr. Swanson only to be disappointed and in the same spot we were last year. If you are looking to throw away money and have a lawyer that does not fight for your well being, Mike will definitely provide you with that opportunity. You sir, are a disgrace to those fighting to see their children and if it were possible, I would not have even gave you one star. You are not that deserving.
