This is definitely not a troll review. No, you would not have a record of my name because I am not your client. Nor will I ever be due to the lack of service you have provided my friend. My friend, who wants to remain anonymous, paid you in full before reading your reviews. One review in particular made her question your rapport causing her to check behind you to see if you actually did your job. Which you didn't. You are very rude, you talk over people, and there Is a severe lack of communication. Bottom line is, it's been almost a year and his/her license is suspended. I'm sure you're going to have a rebuttal and that's fine. I just want people to know how you really operate. Maybe this review will push you to treat all your clients the same. I know that you are capable of doing so because I see that you actually have some good reviews.

Paid them to take care of a ticket and didn’t here about anything for like months and then I finally called and sure enough it’s been taking care of and I have a week left to pay a 300 fine or it’s late.

Great service for traffic tickets and divorce

zero stars. I just called and he kept cutting me off. He did not let me explain to him the situation and I finally said, " You know what, I will call someone else." I guess you don't like being paid in full ad upfront to take a civil case against another person. What he was trying to tell me by rudely interrupting me, isn't even what I was trying to get him to do. That's ok, you're loss. You don't look very competent anyhow.

he didn't go to court for me and i received a letter in the mail from the city stating a new date for failure to appear. when i called Michael he emailed me a paper he signed to take up tot he court house. it worked. i am just not ok with paying $60 for a lawyer to take care of my traffic ticket and then having him forget about it.
