I was involved in a motorcycle accident in the spring of 2011, an accident where I was not at fault. I was hit by a teenage girl that failed to stop at a stop sign. My shoulder was messed up as well as my leg. My motorcycle was all but totaled and I had medical bills that exceeded 50K. Due to the damage to my shoulder, I was unable to work for over a half a year. I called Gary for advise and decided to have him represent me.
Gary did an excellent job in representing me. He was very aggressive and took control of everything right from the start. He made sure that the bill collectors stopped bugging me for payment. Had an unfortunate accident in Vancouver, B.C. & was living in a nice Gov Apt.
I sought the help of Gary who I KNEW would come to my aid with my limited funds. He was very helpful to me but I learned he wasn't able to practice there! But, being of sound mind I still WON MY CASE THERE. Yes, just using good old common sense.
How I won was I ask the "other" side, not mentioning any names or companies, to prove their point with PICTURES...When they could not show any to prove themselves, I WON!!
