That guy was most definitely a client and got advice from Caleb then sued by your firm. Where I come from, if you get advice from a lawyer and plan to retain him later, we call that a client.
It was a racist landlord who evicted him for filing a HUD and human rights complaint. He is handicapped and couldn't make it to court, hence the firm thinking the court sided with them.
The case is in appeal for going along with the racist landlord. Know the facts before you get sued for defamation of character as well.
Also notice that they claim it has nothing to do with race but don't deny that they are racists. So if you help a racist do something racist, then you yourself are a complicit racist. A lot of that going on these days.
I am an activist who is watching this case and others and had to chime in.
Are you looking for a lawyer that will help you do illegal things to minorities to make a buck? Then this is you firm. Joe is a confirmed racists and will not deny that he is. Where most non racist would deny it.
So if you need to do something shady or morally questionable and highly illegal, like say, violating someone's civil and human rights or abusing veterans, then this is your firm.

These people are attempting to kick out an indigenous person from his property because the landlord wants to grant illegal residential fishing rights to a white person! named Rodd Dieker. Rodd is a known racist and wants to wave his money and white privilege around so he can have residential fishing rights on a property that he doesn't reside on. They are attempting to kick this person out so this white man can fish on someone else's property. Beware of the white privileged racist that you hire. Just because their racist colleague got the judge position doesn't mean that they do things legally. If you have anything that cant be resolved through the courts or the local PD report them to the FBI. Watch the internaltional news. This guys is making his case with my support as a white woman!
