Racist establishment. Mr Voss threatened to report "someone" for practicing law without a license. This "someone" is a Mexican translator and is acting as his own attorney, within his legal rights to recoup losses. This threat was made to quiet the translator and the person for whom he is translating and was strictly motivated by racism on Mr Voss' part. He is so racist that he didn't even have to decency to name this person, only called them "someone" in an actual legal complaint.
People of color should avoid this establishment.

Throwing around the word "racism" is not something to be taken lightly, yet Mr./Ms. Ome-Actl (below review) manages to mention it many times in the several one-star reviews he/she has left about many local businesses. In fact, it appears Mr.Ms. Ome-Actl writes ONLY one-star reviews. Interesting.
I'm writing this because Zick, Voss, Politte & Richardson did some estate planning for me, and they were fantastic. I felt like I was in very competent, capable hands and I appreciate the time the attorneys and staff spent answering my questions. I highly recommend them!
This is a great firm who genuinely cares about their clients. They are easy to communicate with and take their time to listen. I was happy with my results and would highly recommend this firm. Win or lose, I know this firm doesn’t go down without a fight. They leave no stone unturned. My family used this firm for estate planning and a living will. Thanks guys for all your help!

He charged 2,500 to take on my husband's child support appeal and he lost the appeal and then charged me another $2,500 on top of the first money I gave him for all the " hours " he clames to have prepared for my case. When we went in front of the judge he was totally wrong on the facts and claimed stuff about me that was not true and that I have never said someone that prepared as much as he said he did would have gotten his facts right. He will flat out lie and tell you what you want to hear to get your money and then after that he don't care to do what needs to be done.
