I normally don’t do reviews just because I don’t believe that one bad experience warrants a review normally. With that said I called to inquire about obtaining some legal counsel and wanted to see about having a phone consultation for my wife and I because we have newborn colicky babies that can make an in person meeting very unproductive, which would waste our time as well as the person With whom we would meet with time. I was told we don’t like to do those, or we normally don’t do those. Which I responded to OK well I guess I’ll call another place that’s willing to accommodate that. Then I was told OK thanks bye. The lady that answered the phone didn’t even pretend to be polite and came off as if I was disturbing her from doing something more important. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and regardless of the kind of day that I am having I always give a warm greeting and at least pretend to care even if I do not.
