>1 star actually. I recieved 2 summons in the past 6 months. Both of which were given to my roommate. NOT ME. After the first, it was to my understanding that I did not have any ties left with the place these people represent, (I moved out in February and told the leasing office this as well). I have been calling for the past 3 weeks to ask basic questions about this second summons because I was confused why I was still being charged rent. Nicky had quite the attitude and was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was told that all of my questions were considered “legal advice”, when all I did was ask things like ‘how much is the balance’, ‘all of the evidence is on my phone do you know how I can obtain a document to bring it into court’, and ‘why didn’t you ask the person you handed the summons to what their name was’. I have nothing against Michael, I just want to make it clear. Terrible customer service on Nicky’s part.
