just got off the phone with Russell Still. I have siezures, kidney problems, high anxiety that throws me into siezures, PTSD, I am 50 years old and worked my whole life but now I can't work enough to survive and this guy doubting me before he even sees my medical records. he was supposed to call at 11:00 and didn't call til 11:30 which to me is a red flag right off the start, then the call itself was very insulting. I never need an attorney except for disability but if I ever do I'll never call this place and I won't recommend them to even someone I don't like.

It took a very long time to get the ball rolling because my case kept being put to the side. I believe it could have ended a lot sooner than it did. It started in October 2017 for my appeal process and wasn't approved until September 2018. The case was approved, and with that I was satisfied with and oh so grateful. The time management for me was just to slow. Mr.Still was very nice to us

WARNING: Don't think you can do it alone. Things I thought were important to my case had no bearing or could hurt my case. Mr Kock knew the pertinent points of the case and was successful. They talked of things in front of the judge that I knew nothing. Glad I don't have regrets
