The Copeland Law Firm saved my life, I had been going through one of the most difficult times in my life and I had been placed in a situation to work with a law firm. At first, I was on edge not knowing what to expect or fully understanding what would happen moving forward. But Ernie and Mr. Copeland both made me feel not so hesitant, from communications weekly, to every change that happened with my case I was informed. I went to Mr. Copeland and hired him to represent me. Less than 24 hours after I paid him, my dad’s friend offered to be my atterny. I called Mr. Copeland and explained how we would prefer to go with a family friend. Instead of being understanding he refused to give me my money back and got very hostile on the phone. He took $2,000 from a young college student’s savings and refused to give it back even though there was no way he even touched my case yet. I think his ethics are questionable.

Mr. Copeland is an absolutely amazing lawyer. Not only did we connect on a personal level throughout my case, but he also did the very best to handle my case with care. Without Mr. Copeland's help I would've had things much worst.

I was in desperate need of an attorney for my traffic ticket. I called Mr. Copeland's office twice & left a message with his secretary. I got no response.

I waited a few days & tried to reach out to Mr. Copeland one more time. I missed his office hours due to a busy work day. I received a recording with a second number. I needed to speak with him immediately.

I tried to kindly tell him my situation & told him that I really needed his help. He then replies in these exact words:

"NO! I'm not interested in representing you ever! Thank you! Good Bye!"

I would not recommend this lawyer. Be weary of contacting Mr. Copeland's firm.

Five stars doesn't not give Mr. Copeland and staff justice they are way beyond 5 stars. I feel lucky to hire them. I thank you for your time and patience.

When you wait outside with your child at the time of your appointment an get no response while u are ringing the doorbell an knocking on the door an waiting more an then a woman comes to the door an says she didn't realize the door was locked ! Excuse me sorry the door bell didn't work or the knocking didn't alert you to let you know !!!!!!!! Ernie the lawyer sounded great the ladies up front not so much

 

I have  the utmost respect for the Copeland Law firm in regards to a personal injury claim that I was involved in 2010. Their professionalism in such a difficult case  insured  that me, and my family were taken care of through a difficult time.
