Called about a potential case and when the secretary said that it would cost to have an initial consultation I said I did not want to make an appointment and Ill try to find an attorney who doesn't charge for a consult. She laughed at me and said "good luck" in a snotty way and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
Update: Called another attorney and was given a free consultation and gave that attorney my business.

If you call suing an 83 year-old-woman who can't leave the nursing facility something to be proud of, then he may be the best. It's my PERSONAL OPINION that it makes him 1\2 a man. I'd turn a case like that down on its merits. Glad I dropped out of Law when I did....
