I had a problem with an employer and they took the time to research all possible avenues, leaving no stone unturned and calling in all resources to help determine a proper course of action that would be best for me in this situation. There is no cookie cutter solution and they made sure to let me know all possibilities and how they impacted me as well. They kept me informed every step of the way and not only worked for me but side by side with me. They would check in with me and update me even if that meant calling on a weekend. They are truly a firm that cares about the customer and is working for you.
