I had a lot of questions and concerns when my mother went into a nursing home and she was getting hurt, etc. it is a long, sad story. :( My family spoke to Mr. Goss and we were able to feel at ease in knowing he was on our side and wanted the best results in her case. We were able to get her into a better nursing home and in an overall healthy place with his help. I wish everyone the best of luck with their search in finding the lawyer for their situation, if you are taking opinions, he is the best one! I did my research :)

After losing my husband in a crash on the hwy, I couldn't imagine having any other attorney fight for what is right. Mr. Goss pushed the insurance company to do what was right. You can never be compensated enough for losing a spouse, child, family member or friend, you will never be happy with any amount of money, but you can be happy with the attorney YOU choose. I came from a well known lawfirm in MO & KS and was shipped off when they didn't want to file my case. I will keep your number in my phone and give to all looking for a lawyer.

Peter helped me out with a nursing home case for my mom. I was pleased with his honesty and help along the way. My family had a rough time with our mom's passing and he was really compassionate and understanding with all our various questions. We strongly recommend Peter's office. Although the case did settle, it is good to know that if it doesn't, he doesn't charge you anything. We hope to never need you again, but if we do, you are first on the list. Thanks
