Kyle prepared our original estate plan about seven years ago and we recently updated in preparation for retirement. Kyle prepared my estate plan a few years back after my husband passed away, so it needed a refresh. He provided excellent advice then and I was very pleased. Fast forward a few years later, and my Uncle who is elderly and in failing health informed me he tore his Will up years ago!! Our family took the opportunity to utilize Kyles complimentary consult service to discuss our estate planning goals - this consult was approx 40mins where we educated on the different types of estate options (probate, non probate, trusts etc).
