The attorney Julie showed up an hour late to my husband's court appearance. When she finally showed up she wanted him to postpone it because she didn't have time to get it taken care of yet.

Never failed me! I refer all my friends and family. Especially good in independence area! Darn lead foot and shenanigans that "the man" hates, Charles is your guy. If it's something he cant take care of he will point you in the right direction. Office ladies are super great. They help put you at ease with the "scary" part of johnny law. Couldnt find the 6th star so I had to settle for 5!!!

Went in to check on getting Charlie's kellogg as my attorney, never met him so this is not referred to him and I've heard good about him but his Secretary(s) are terribly rude and think they are better than you. Tried describing my case and the Secretary slammed her elbow on the desk and put her hand on her face as if she didn't care. I felt disrespected. Treat your customers better and make them feel wanted and accepted. Terrible experience.
