Mike was rude and very unprofessional when I called and I dont know who this guy think he is. You would think an African American establishment “so called professional law firm” would have better staff then some uneducated felon answering the phone. It’s not like this is a F Grade Soul food resturant but it dang sure could of FOOLED ME!!! Stacy Shaw is a fraud, deciever, liar and that explains her profession very well! There are alot attorney’s in the KC area’s for much lesser retainer fee’s and better customer service. Word of Advice Stacy try not be the “typical black bad customer service establishment” stop hiring friends and family and hire some authenic professionals.

I called to get a quote on speeding ticket removal and Mike answered the phone. He told me the price was $100. I had to ask for more information such as if there is a court fee and what the process is, he did offer it. I then stated that $100 is a bit high and as Iwas in the process of asking if that was a set rate he hung up in my face the moment I said it was high. I was trying to ask if that was a set rate considering that I read the other reviews and saw that Ms. Shaw said that her prices are very competitive but I wasn’t given a chance. I immediately called back and asked why he hung up in my face and he said, “I apologize but have a few people in front of me and once you said it was too high I thought we were done.” I told him I was still speaking when he disconnected the call. While he did apologize it doesn’t make up for the action. There was no reason to hang up the phone on a potential customer. I received another quote for only $20 less and called this firm solely because Ms. Shaw is the same ethnicity as me and I try to do business within my own community. Sadly, this is my second attempt to try and get services from this firm. I called over a year ago and spoke with a woman on the phone who over talked me and was sarcastic in her tone. Due to her tone I decided not to obtain services. Now, a year later the same thing has happened. Ms. Shaw, I listen to you on the radio and appreciate the legal info you share with the public. However, both times I tried to get assistance from your firm I was handled in a rude manner and as if my money wasn’t good enough. I get your not Wal-Mart and I am not taking anything away from your value as I’m sure you do a good job with your clients, but the people on the phones are the 1st representation of you. All too often when we try to do business with within our own community they treat us rudely and blow us of as if we don’t matter. I was actually looking forward to having you help me with this matter but I hate bad service. I wouldn’t of minded paying the $100 fee had he not been so rude to me. I too work in a place where I have to answer the phone and give prices and I would never belittle a person as Mike attempted to do to me. It’s so unprofessional. Please talk to your staff and be sure they are the best representation of you.

She has never let me down. Refer her and herstaff to anybody that may need a traffic ticket taken care.

I probably could have handled this case on my own without Victor. He was upset about the amount of continuances. If he had asked for the max amount of time to pay that the court offered, we wouldn't have needed continuances. I handled my transactions in another municipality on my own and it went way more smoothly. I respect Stacy Shaw, but I do not think I would use this firm again. I do not like Victor' s tone of voice . He called me and told me that I could handle any warrants when I get picked up. I have never previously been in any traffic trouble to this extent, and I enlisted a lawyer to stop my license from being suspended . Not to be talked to like that.

For the most part, if you have the money, they can make your legal issues disappear. Overall I am very happy with their services.

She did an excellent job handling my daughters traffic tickets while my daughter was away attending college. The process was fast, friendly, professional, and cost efficient. I would recommend her to someone.

This was the first time I have had to use a lawyer for a traffic ticket . Stacy Shaw & Associates input all the information over the phone, I didn't even need to go to the office. I paid via credit card over the phone. Best part was they do not charge a huge amount for their services, very minimal ! They appeared in court for me, so I did not have to miss any work. They made it incredibly easy, and did everything so professionally . Thank you all so much.

Stacy Shaw is a excellent attorney but the receptionist Chrissy, is rude, no customer service skills, never let you talk to your attorney or even get a call back from your attorney.Folks if you want someone to over talk you well Chrissy is the one.... but you need to learn how to be professional with Mrs. Stacy Shaw customers it's her company not yours so if your trying to represent her your doing a poor job at it !
