Very bad costumer service. I am supposed to get 85 dollars refund from Christopher, and it’s been more than a month. I called him last week and he said no problem I will issue another check BUT I have to take 17.50 dollars from the 85 dollars refund for stopping old check and issuing new check.
It’s not my responsibility that I haven’t received the check, maybe you wrote down the wrong address. I just feel that it’s not fair to charge me money for issuing new check.
