This should be your last click. I found myself in a situation needing a criminal, yes criminal, not funny at all, lawyer. This incident occurred 2 years before I was charged and in the meanwhile I moved to Southern Oregon making matters more concerning.

My future was literally on the line and there was no room for error. This is your guy! I’m telling you everything and anything came up from the pipes bursting in the court house, judge rotation, to me being a national fugitive, obviously wasn’t accurate the police don’t care, yes it’s pretty funny if you knew me.

I contacted Mr. Dudley in 2016 after my 2015 suburban was damaged by a local body shop. Mr. Dudley looked at my vehicle instead it was a good case. So he had me sign a paper saying that he would take the case . It has been over one year since I signed the paper with Mr. Dudley at this time nothing has ever been done on my case my case was never filed that I know of because Mr. Dudley will not return any calls or emails. I’ve been trying to get back very important documentation that I gave Mr. Dudley when I signed a paper saying that he was going to represent me. Papers with I’ve never been able to retrieve from Mr. Dudley. Because he never returned any phone calls or emails I have sent him several emails Begging him to give me any kind of information about my case or to give me my paperwork back I have not heard anything in a few months from Mr. Dudley in my opinion this is not a professional lawyer I have dealt with a lot of lawyers in my time and they always professional and return calls I don’t know if my case was too much for Mr. Dudley or if he just decided to back out and not tell his client

I made contact with Mr. Dudley and he asked me to call the next week. I left 3 more messages the following 2 weeks and no return calls. Too bad he didn't even have the courtesy to return calls.

Spoke with Nick this afternoon and am very pleased with his advice. He took my call right away regarding my specific 2nd amendment related concerns and answered all my questions while on the phone. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommended and I will go to him with any future legal needs I may have. Great guy!

Nick Dudley is one of the brightest lawyers I've ever met. He truly fights to get the best result for each of his clients, but what makes him my go-to attorney is the fact that he will always tell me what I need to know. Traffic tickets, employment claims, civil cases with contractors, car dealers and other service providers--doesn't matter. Nick always has great counsel.
