While I did reach a settlement, the Mrs. Agnelly relied too heavily on her staff and did a poor job representing me in my matter. She also lied about things that were supposed to be done. Mr. Wendt didn't really know anything aabout the case. They are terrible mediators and are not very good at trial law. I settled because I was tired. But I did not feel that they really represented me and to scared to truly fight for what's right. They worked until they got their 40% of my case and then sent a "Dear John" letter. I also believe that many of these positive reviews are FAKE. Go with an older more solid law firm and just know they only want t heir money and nothing more.
