*Update* I wanted to add an update to this. We had some issues in our case due to no fault of our attorney things just changed as we were told they could. Along with that we were in a position of needing a vehicle during our proceeding. Diana and the team at Castle Law worked FAST, HARD, and FOUGHT for us to get what we needed. We were in a little pinch for time. That wasnt a problem for them.
Diana as usual stayed in contact with me the entire week we worked on it. Filed and got filed everything we needed as fast as she could. Our attorney Jason worked to make sure everything was done right. This made the process almost care free which is saying something based on the complexity of the issue. We are now in the home stretch of the confirmation of our case and I couldnt be happier with having worked with Castle Law. I would not suggest this firm. I picked them because they were less expensive but you get what you pay for. They don't do their job. I could've done a better job representing myself. They basically take your money and then do nothing. I contacted them numerous times about a certain subject and they kept assuring me everything was taken care of but it wasn't and now I have the IRS after me and there is something in collections!! Someone else wrote in a review how they don't follow through. I agree. I contacted them numerous times about something and was assured it was taken care of which was false. I'm suffering now in my credit and have to deal with the IRS. The law office contacted me with no remorse to their mistakes. The law firm contacted me about my reviews online and were more concerned about the reviews than solving the issues. This is an example of their services. Pretty selfish and money hungry. I hope this review helps you to prevent being in a bad situation and find good representation.

My first experience with Castle Law was when they handled my Bankruptcy during a divorce several years ago. When I had questions during the process, I was surprised to get a response directly from the owner of the firm (Jason). The fact that the owner took the time to respond to me, let me know that my case was important and Castle Law cared.
I enjoyed my first experience with Castle Law, so when I was involved in a car wreck a few years later, they were my first call from the hospital. An attorney (Andrew) offered to meet me at the hospital, and it was clear he was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. He helped me deal with the insurance giant State Farm, and got me the compensation I deserved for being injured by their inattentive (texting) customer.
More time went by, and I was unfortunately injured at the hands of others again, but this time it was far more significant and affected my life permanently. I work nights and was stopped entering my facility by KC Police. They abused their authority and escalated a normal traffic stop into a violation of my rights by asking me to exit the vehicle. Once out of the vehicle, I was assaulted and briefly knocked unconscious. I left the routine traffic stop in an ambulance, after being given a "failure to come to a complete stop" citation. I was appalled, angry, and in pain. An apology from KCPD was not enough, so I filed a formal complaint. I knew that I would need a powerful ally to face the KCPD, so I called the firm that I trust. Andrew did not back down, even when my case was escalated to the Missouri Attorney General's office. What was originally an unsincere apology and a $6k offer, turned into a much larger settlement (well into the 6 figures range).

As you can see, I trust Castle Law because I know they care about me and they are tenacious enough to follow through - not just once, but every time. When you need an attorney to act on your behalf, you want someone who truly acts as an extension of your person and treats the case like it was their own. You will find that here, and I am a client for life.

They came recommended from family and have made me rethink my life. After so many years of struggling to make ends meet, I can now be able to life how I want and not how I have to.

I was originally encouraged by this bankruptcy law office, however, after they received my retainer the attitude changed. My emails were not responded to and my questions were never answered. They took my money and did NOT help at all. These places prey on those financially unstable with the promise of financial freedom. Do not use Castle Law Office, they do not care about you!

I started bankruptcy 5 years and 3 months ago. I can't get a response from my attorney. While I'm giving over 89% of my income I can't feed my kid or keep up the utilities. I don't have heat, but I can't get a response. Not feeling this is a great experience.

Called for the first time, regarding a client for LAE that had filed bankruptcy to ask for information regarding the case, ASHLEY (receptionist) definitely rude when I ask about the case # involved & then when I ask if I could have the bankruptcy court phone # she told me "you can Google the # just as easy as I can" I couldn't believe my ears. When I ask to speak to her manager she told me they were not available...how convenient so that's why I felt it necessary to leave this review.

During a chapter 13 one of the agreed upon balances increased by 3800.00. The attorney handling my case did not care or investigate. Mr. Amerine didn't care either and dismissed my concerns. Turns out, after I paid the 3800.00 there is a class action suit against the company in question. 7 billion. Arrogant behavior by mr. Amerine is beyond professionalism. I will never use or recommend castle law for any reason. Spend the extra money and get representation that protects your interest in a professional, caring way.
