I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Nitcher. In my case he was always responsive and quick to reply to questions or concerns. Additionally he was very attentive to details. Most highly recommended!

They always get back to you in the statesd amount of time.

I highly recommend Riling Burkhead & Nitcher. I had Chris Peoples represent me years ago and still to this day I can say his professionalism and immediate response to any questions I may have or had truly surpass my expectations. Hiring a lawyer for any situation is intimidating, but you will not be disappointed if you hire Riling Burkhead and Nitcher.

Riling, Burkhead & Nitcher appears to house some genuinely incompetent "attorneys". One went so far as to suggest that alternative counsel could be sought through court appointment, in a Civil case. (just an fyi - right to an attorney does not extend to civil suits). after I corrected their statement, my correction was ignored and when questioned as to why they would suggest it, they acted like they'd never said anything about it all.
At least in this incident, they've gone out of their way to be not only rude, but actively deceptive in their practices. After seeing the majority of reviews on this particular firm, I'm not surprised that LegalShield has such an insanely bad reputation. Employing groups like this one would bring down anyone's reputation. Also, one particular attorney was the least competent I've ever spoken with, was completely incapable of answering even a simple question about court procedure, though he did make himself available for contact, he was surly, misinformative, and made any such contact a massive waste of my time.

I'm thankful they were so quick to assist me in deciding to secure outside council.

I have had Legal Shield for years in other states. These guys are total idiots and NOT helpful at all. They were very rude to me and unwilling to listen or do anything. Because of this firm, I canceled my Legal Shield membership. Do not trust them to do anything for you. They cannot even write a letter that does not have grammatical errors in every sentence. Not sure they are real attorneys or maybe they went to law school in a third world country.

Nothing good to say about this firm. Many of their attorneys and staff are either incompetent or rude. Also, they used to have more bad reviews on here, but they were somehow removed?? Not surprised to see fraud coming from this company.

Take note of the reviews, could not agree more with Mark Organek's review. They would not do anything if it was LegalSheild related, not even write a letter, they would spend and hour explaining why they can not do something. EVERYTHING was not included. Very difficult to work with and have nothing good to say about Chris Peoples who is extremely unprofessional.

I've had LegalShield used in other states and haven't had anything but success. This firm is somewhat of what seems to be a lazy or lethargic joke. Didn't follow the service contract my members receive in other states. For a real estate issue they assigned a DUI attorney. They didn't take notes on my clients' issue. Wouldn't write a letter and wouldn't make a phone call. They had three days to review documents and then lied and said that they didn't have my clients' email address so that's why they couldn't reach her. They lied because they just likely can't handle the standards LegalShield promises its clients. How could they not have an email address but they send a confirmation email stating they received the copies of the addendum and lease draft.

Since these folks started out with mishandling it and then lying to cover up their poor time management, I had my client set a phone appointment for three days later. The inept attorney doesn't make the appointment but calls four hours later. What a tool. When that is ckmplained about, they close out the file by saying my client didn't submit required paperwork.

Not very happy with their crappy service and their refusal to follow the LegalShield timelines. I hope they are replaced quickly.
