Everyone in their office made me feel very comfortable. The ladies who work in the office were always so kind to me! They were available anytime I called or had questions. They answered every question I had and never made me feel like my questions were unimportant. My experiences with Douglass Breyfogle and Nancy Skinner and their professional services were much more than getting the job done well, which they did. It was the sense of comfort and understanding I received from both of them. I walked in a wreck and left with hope.

Everyone on the staff from the receptionist to the paralegal to the attorneys are very courteous and professional. They are also very thorough and respectful which was a huge help for us. When we couldn't come into the office for the initial consultation because it was so far away and we had no transportation, Lisa took the time to consult with us over the phone. When it came time to appear in court, we were nervous and intimidated just trying to find the right room, but as soon as we saw our attorney, all of our apprehension went away.
