Michael has taken care of a couple of tickets for me. I mailed them to him along with a check. I received an e mail back from him today stating he was sending me back $100. He talked one of the tickets down to a non moving violation. He could have kept the money I would have never know.

Michael is fantastic at putting complicated things in real simple terms to understand.
