Mr. Monzingo was quick to return my initial message; it was even after hours. He explained my ticket and hearing process to me thoroughly, and I didn’t even have to attend the hearing. EDIT: Now the lawyer is telling a lie in his response to the review. At no point did anyone claim that Kansas "law" doesn't apply to someone. He was asked a specific question of, "Has the prosecution provided any factual evidence to the court that a particular Kansas statute applies to someone?" and he did not answer the question. He got mad, started yelling and being interruptive. He was handed an obvious reason that the case should be dismissed and instead of looking at the evidence that the prosecution had provided to see that it was insufficient to state a case, he was actually helping the prosecutor. Mozingo's entire purpose was to manipulate and threaten his supposed client into entering a guilty plea even though there was no evidence of guilt.
