Adam has been very helpful through our bankruptcy case. Whenever there is any questions that we have, they are quick to respond via email or phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone that maybe considering filing bankruptcy. I called them on a Wednesday, had consultation Thursday afternoon and because of the timing (due to my hubby's schedule) we didn't get our paperwork finished and signed til after 5 so the petition was filed on Friday. But we took in our bills, and other paperwork we thought was needed to file and the paralegal Abby entered everything while we watched the required class videos to file bankruptcy and then they pulled our other debt from online (credit reports, local court judgements, etc). Where I know other bankruptcy attorneys make you fill out huge packets with all your creditor names, address, phone numbers, acct numbers,etc., before they will even start on your case. They did almost all the leg work for us!!!

Mack & Associates did a great job working with me. Took about 10 months for me to finally file, (my fault), and at no point did he try to rush me. Very professional and worked to do what was best for me. Although I don't necessarily recommend bankruptcy, if you find yourself in that position, they are a good place to go. Never feel made to feelinadequate, they generally care.

Mack & Associates. Simply put I would have been homeless if it wasn't for this lawyer firm. I was garnished for 25% of my wages and quickly found out it would be recurring for awhile. Friend recieved bankruptcy paperwork for her house from her divorced ex of five years using this firm. She called in to the office to try and find out what was going on. Recieved no name for the secretary, and was told because she wasn't a client they wouldn't talk to her and hung up before she could explain what her concerns were from trying to understand the paperwork she was sent BY THEM. Needless to say, her own divorce lawyer who has their divorce decree (which says her ex no claim to the house at all) is more than willing to stomp a legal mudhole in them if they remain unwilling to discuss the situation with her.
