Retained him for services and he jumped ahead and did things I did not ask him to then charged me as an attempt to keep my funds. Disputing fee and will file small claims lawsuit if I have to. Was asked not to text, responded formally with letter and he calls it harassment. I don’t recommend his service to anyone.

John Harvell has been the best lawyer I’ve hired by far! He communicated great, always informed me on what was going on and put his full effort into my court case. He also doesn’t over charge and does great work. I had got 3 charges and he got 2 dismissed and the other one was moved to smaller traffic violation. I’d highly recommend this attorney.

I paid for his services on a case and I only heard a status on the case one time from him. I never heard from him again after leaving several voicemails and messages with his secretary. I found out on my own that my case had been dropped by the prosecutor. I am dissapointed. I will not come back again.
