Tom Lemon is one of the best. Very kind, honest and understanding. He's the guy you call during a crisis and know he will take care of you.

Vince walked my parents through getting their Will and all their important papers done. He went over and about on helping them . I recommend them to everyone

My current attorney at the time this review is being made is James Biggs, and thus this review will be written from a perspective representing such.
Upon walking into their office you will notice quickly how empty and unfinished it feels. Crumpled magazines inconsistently arranged on a dingy coffee table with a dirty surface, secretaries who only once were at their desk and were otherwise seemingly non existent for egregious amounts of time, and upon finally getting back into the offices you'll feel like you need to question your choice to even be there.
Make no mistake, if you choose James Biggs to represent you, you will question your choices. It takes him an average of over two weeks to respond to a single email, though this was not always the case. This only became the case after I refused a settlement, and upon doing so James became more and more distant professionally.
James Biggs now alludes to being too busy for my case after having previously stated that the ball was rolling and we were at the mercy of doctors and the court schedule; I get these responses when I can finally get a lack luster response from the man.
James Biggs knows deep down that he wants me to replace him as my attorney, because he will actually need to represent me in court rather than making an easy dollar. He brought up without any hint of a suggestion from me, that he would understand if I replaced him as my attorney.
I will not be replacing Jim as my attorney in the near future or possibly at all. I full well understand my case, deeper than the little explanations he has offered up to this point. We started my case together, and we shall finish it in a timely manner to the best of both of our abilities as is the nature and duty of an attorney client relationship.
I don't believe his claims that for the past two months or more he has been out of town and unable to open my file to give me updates and next steps. Perhaps he does not care about my case, and as I stated earlier wants out. Wanting out is no excuse for negligence, and avoiding your client, though I hope these negative assumptions are not the case.
So unprofessional. I would never go to him in my life. My boyfriend went in and Tom Lemmon put his hand up, refused to let me in said “I don’t know who you are but you need to stay out here or go to the car.” I am not a dog I am a human and I should be respected. My boyfriend lives with me and we both pay expenses you don’t treat people like that. He refused to come out so I could tell him I felt disrespected. He finally came out and said he called the police and I needed to leave. You do not treat clients or potentional clients like that.
