These debt collectors are bottom feeding thieves.
I have been advised to consult KS Attorney General regarding the corruption of vandervelde collections, this is my next step.

This guy is a CROOK!!!! Two times, he has drained our account, and not even given a warning. This is illegal!!! I can’t give zero stars, or I would.

Greed destroys families

I called to set up payment arrangements on a bill I had in collections with them. I spoke with Crystal who was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She explained everything to me, answered my questions, and was very professional. They offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment options which worked out perfectly. I hope the payment process goes smoothly and debt is settled fully within a couple of weeks, the only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I haven't actually made a payment with them yet.

Took all our money put of our bank account without a single notice in the mail that we had a bill with them!!

i have been making payments since last year with the agreement of their office, also still have the agreement after the 6 months i never recieved a letter to up the amount, called and spoke to the secretary who also seen im current on my payments but another girl in the office filed fora garnishment illegaly mind you, without leaving notes in my file to say why, trying to give them the chance to fix their screw up but sueing them is about to become a option when i have all my proof, Not at all happy with the service though the secretary was very friendly and willing to help me out

Poor customer service

I called to pay a debt they were collecting. When I asked my options, the woman was extremely rude. I asked how long it would take if I needed to go to court and she said, "How should I know, you think I run the courthouse?" Everything I asked was responded to with a sarcastic remark. I even asked the exact balance I owed (just to be sure) and her reply was, "I'm not the one asking for it, so I don't know." No one should ever be treated like that, especially from an attorney's office. Despicable.
