Absolutely terrible. Needs to retire. Bullies you especially if you don't have an attorney. Could care less if you come to an agreement. Went and took a smoke break between going back and forth. Smelled like smoke.. I would request a new mediator if you get him. He told us by not having a lawyer is like having an appendectomy with a kitchen knife and you calling a random Doctor to ask how to do it?!
