The office staff is understanding and compassionate. Ken Shakeshaft is a con artist! He was hired to handle my case against a former employer and mishandled my case in so many ways. He had me settle my case out of court, only for me to find out that my settlement was around $8,000 short of the medical bills that I have had to pay off since then. I plan on calling the State of Colorado Bar Association to let them know how he handled my case and lied time over time. He was very accommodating during the process, but right after I brought up many errors and concerns, his staff and himself decided to hide in the corner like the cowards they are. I send this as a caution to anyone that is considering to hire Ken Shakeshaft or anyone at his "law firm". Fake lawyer!
