I had a Workmen's Comp case that no attorney wanted to take because it was a foot/big toe joint injury. The insurance company offered me a sum that wasn't good enough to continue my care and they insulted me further by saying I had "arthritis."

Mr. Anderson took my case and was able to reach a settlement agreement that was 75% higher than they offered me; and the amount was the best amount available without the risk of a jury trial!

I had the WORST experience with Jim Anderson, he was rude, unprofessional, cold, aggressive, angry, any type of negative emotion, he displayed it, from the moment I shook this man's hand I knew I was not going to be hiring this ignorant man...

When Mr. Anderson realized it wasn't a cut and dry case and that he would actually have to work for it and remember why he went to law school he immediately became angry and short of throwing me out of his office said "I cant help you" I wouldn't know where to start??? I am assuming he was absent that day at law school!

Their commercials are misleading and if he were the last attorney on earth, I would NEVER hire this person much less recommend him to anyone including my enemies...It is my opinion that this man is a horrible attorney and is in this field strictly for personal gain because he doesn't care about people in general!

Before I left he made a comment that he could not see where all this damage to me and my car came from a cylinder...so again I felt in my opinion he was accusing me of filing false information...WOW what a guy, he speaks to me for 15 minutes and I'm not being truthful???
