Great, people were exceptional. Geoff went far beyond any of my expectations! Is a great comfort to me that people like he and his wife yet still exist in today's society. I have had the undesired lack of fortune in recent years to have run into people with a great lack of conscience and a questionable moral compass, (if it even existed was brought into question). Meeting with Geoff Atzbach my belief that there were still people remaining that had concern for others as well, not just looking out for themselves at the expense of others was solidified. Update: Amazing I can say honestly. I have had so much weight lifted and am healing from surgeries that have kept me from working. Without the help from this office I would still be struggling and going further and further in a hole. It's amazing not being judged for honest mistakes and getting myself in a bind. I would recommend anyone who needs to file a bankruptcy but doesn't want to be judged and listened too like you matter come to this law office. Where they treat you like your family no judgements and help you by letting you know it's okay.

Called in talk to the receptionist Brittany, super nice. I've then asked to talk to Geffrey the attorney. He was extremely rude I just had a few questions so I can narrow down whether or not I should come in the office with a consultation. He got on the phone I started to describe a little bit of what's going on with me he didn't listen, he was cutting me off while I was speaking. Then he says he needs to make a living that I need to put forth effort into my situation because he has not met me yet he didn't want to have a phone conversation (which I am trying to find the right attorney) he would not even have a phone conversation with me? . I'd like to feel comfortable with the attorney and gain a little knowledge to see if it's something that I need to pursue. Definitely dissatisfied and treated very poorly. If I could rate this a zero I would. He had said more rude comments but I'd have to write a novel.

Perhaps he would be a great attorney for the simple cases but for bankruptcy in matters that are more involved and require talent beyond paperwork filing, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

So I just want to write this because I think sometimes lawyers get friends to write reviews and maybe they are not 100 percent honest. - So this is my overall experience, and I want to start out with saying that this is only based on the 1 meeting I had with Mr. Atzbach - My apt. was at 330 pm I arrived at 315 and then sat in his office for almost and 50 min while he was on the phone. I asked his receptionist 2 times how long it would be and he just brushed her off. - after sitting with him for 10 min he grabbed a scrap paper and told me to write down my expenses - then left the office for 10 minutes while I sat there. - that's not the kicker yet. he spent 90 percent of the meeting telling me that the other 4 lawyers I spoke to were lying - ( reason I spoke to so many is because I like to have options.) The kicker is when he saw my expenses he looked at my child care expense, then looked at my wife and in an extremely rude and condescending manner asked why I had childcare. This is only my opinion, personally this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a lawyer, maybe he was having an off day, it happens, but that is no way to conduct business. oh and icing on the cake I was told his retainer was 200, that doubled. I now have an great lawyer and everything is going well.
