I hired Kirk last year in April 2018. I requested a change in the parenting plan and a re-calculation of child support. He notified the father in July of this. This is the start of a very long drawn out case. He has not provided me with a statement in 10 months. We don't hear from Kirk unless we call or email him. We have been waiting on him to schedule one meeting with the other party for 2 months. As far as I know (he hasn't provided any information for me since I hired him last April) my retainer is gone. It took from May-November to set up mediation. If you want an attorney who takes all your money and doesn't provide any services, Kirk is the man for you.

Kirk is an amazing attorney. He worked with my situation. His personal attention and empathy towards your stutuation is amazing. He works for you and with you. I can't recommend him enough. If I ever needed his services again. I would be more at ease with him representing me. If you don't believe me call him and talk to him about your situation and see it yourself.
