Eventually both parties were able to come to a mediation agreement, but unfortunately Carolyn Worrell was not a pleasure to work with. She did not return phone calls in a timely manner, seemed slightly judgmental and had personal views that definitely influenced her professional work, interrupted conversations frequently (although I somewhat understand this as she bills by hour for her services and is probably trying to save her clients money - the interrupting and cutting people off when they have something important to say really can be offensive), her official/finalized documents included typos (which looks bad on official/public records filed with the court), and many things have "fallen through the cracks" while working with her. Hoping to be assigned to a different mediator if needed again.
