My wife was already found 100% NOT at fault in vehicle accident, our own Insurance handled our vehicle, hospital bills placed in collections, when we signed in April we were told this will probably take till December & now approaching February....

I completely understand your process but for the record I am not a client. I am just trying to allow the public to have a better understanding of the process your law firm is putting my wife through. I would also like you to be aware when signing with your law firm we were told this would probably take till December. Now in the middle of February. I was there myself and heard it myself. My wife does call to check the status on her case and it’s very rarely she has a verbal conversation with her lawyer. Most of the time she is told someone will contact you back which 50% of the time happens or doesn’t. I believe the last conversation she had & was told by her lawyer this could possibly take up to two years on getting a reply from the other insurance company which legally they have. Another issue I have is my wife having to gather her medical bills for your office on her lunch break. Another issue we had was with the auto repair body shop who your law firm referred us to. Our insurance company Geico said something else had to be replaced and the autobody shop said no it does not so we ended up having to rearrange a lot of time in order to bring back vehicle to get fixed properly. Just extremely inconvenient when dealing with our jobs our children’s school and after school programs but they did get the job done correctly after taking vehicle back. Last thing was the chiropractor that was referred by your law firm kept canceling appointments so she ended up having to switch chiropractors...
As for myself I have been in 2 major car accidents and was extremely satisfied with my service from the attorney who handled my cases all completed and closed way before a 12 month time period and that’s including totaled vehicles, not at fault and two people myself and my passenger very badly injured...
With all that being said we can only hope you and your law firm can handle the outcome to be a benefit and not another disappointment.
