I would not recommend this paralegal. She did a revocable living trust for my father about six years ago. However, he decided about four years ago that he didn’t want the trust any longer. So I went with him to North Valley Paralegal. He explained that he wanted to end the trust, and the woman said, “Just tear up your copy, and it will be done” since he hadn’t given anyone a copy. I asked if there wasn’t some place it was recorded, and she said no; I told Dad it didn’t seem legal.
My father passed away recently, and now the paralegal has “found” a copy of Dad’s trust in her files which she gave to a sibling. Dad’s accounts don’t match with the trust because he changed the names on all of them after the trust was created. Unfortunately, the info in the trust is inaccurate, and has caused contention among family members. There may be a lawsuit. I hope this warning saves others a lot of hassle.

Candi has helped me out a couple times she is amazing!!!!
I should have asked around about who to go to. I called the first place who came up and had a horrible experience. My husband and I went in to add my name to the deed on our house. I brought them the paperwork from our lender a few days prior went in signed papers and did our finger print. Then went to the county to have it recorded. They said, it has to be an original not a copy. Drove back to this office they gave me the original so I went back to the county. They said it’s blank. I said what? They said that it says your leaving the house to no one and showed me. They also said “a paralegal should know how to do this”.I drive back to the paralegals office and showed him that it was blank. He starts all over again meanwhile I have a one year old who needs a nap and lunch and have to go to work at this point it has been two hours. I leave my husband to deal with it and it’s still wrong so he calls another person where she fixed everything and my husband took it to the county. I paid these people and for what? I’m ready for a tv show to pop out saying I’m on camera. This is absolutely insane! If you can’t do the job don’t make the appt.

I've been going thru a legal matter for over a year now. All I can say is that candi did more forms in 2 1/2 hours than what my attorney did in 10 months and at 1700.00 dollars cheaper. A+

Excellent. We needed some help with a couple of legal issues and they got right on it. Everything was resolved within a few weeks.
