This team is a Godsend. Kit Westbrook and Robert Ward went above and beyond for my mom who was facing charges of domestic violence, being drunk in public, AND resisting arrest. They were both so attentive and caring and made sure to keep my mom informed and at ease during this very stressful time. I ran into some troubles over the last few years, one of them my own fault, and another I've had to take to court. Professional, sincere and friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Mr. Parkhurst is attentive and quickly responds to all calls.

Mr. Schoefield was the attorney from this office who handled my case. In summary he did an excellent job, start to finish.

His professionalism was on point. He was very responsive any time I needed to talk with him. Calls returned promptly, texts answered, etc.

I was very impressed with his handling of several very complex and interlocking motions regarding evidence and testimony. He was definitely better at his job than the Asst. DA. We won on every motion.

His insights in jury selection were also thoughtful and sensible. I was very comfortable with the jurists who were chosen.

He also presented himself well to the jury, being personable, respectful, and humble. There is no doubt the jury liked him better than they liked the DA.

I might have been able to find someone cheaper, but I'm damned glad I didn't--Not Guilty verdict after only 45 minutes of deliberation. And that after the Judge admonished them not to hurry!

Despite what others are saying they truly see the best person that you are.
This is the third time over the past ten years that Chris and Steve have helped me and I cannot put into words how much there help has meant to me and my children. I have dealt with other attorneys who will BS there way into your pocketbook but these two are consummate professionals that truly care about the men and women they serve.
