Exemplary customer service. Did not use them as a law firm but they answered my questions as if I was a client. I called in because I was having problems collecting payments from a person who had damage my car while it was parked. They led me in the right direction. This guy definitely knows what he's doing. I've got myself into a lot of trouble when I was young and didn't realize all the dangers of drinking and driving when I was so drunk that I drove on the wrong side of the road, only stopping when I met the police car bumper to bumper coming straight at me. To make things worse, I blew a crazy .26 into the breathalize. Moreover, the cops tried to press criminal charges against me for almost smashing into them. I was looking to get at least a felony DWI charge, which would put a cross to my dream of becoming a physician. I'm still not sure how, but Mr. Chesley was able to work his magic and got my felony charges reduced to a traffic violation! Would recommed him to anybody in need of legal assistance and he has already helped many of my friends.

My case is still in the early stages. So far, I have gotten more calls to ensure payments than from my attorney.

Being left to wonder what my case status is is terrifying.

A detective called for information the DA had requested. He said, "did you fire your attorney and get a public defender? I don't know why your attorney did not respond to the DA and give the information requested themselves."

Can you imagine the feeling of thinking you are being legally cared for and represented and to hear this and find you are on your own?

I felt like throwing up.

This is not what I was promised. Look at the ads, the service promised is not what I am getting.

Now I am so scared.

I am going on 2.5 weeks of NO response to: call, voice, email, and even after my case manager has promised an immediate call back. I allow for at least 48 hrs between the handful of times I have called.

I am scared I hired a hustler law firm.

They have gotten paid as promised and I have not gotten any service except for 3 to 5 min after court.

I have asked for a motion to get my property for over a month. When I inquired about the status, the office knows nothing of it.

The call service operator promised to follow up with me today at noon. I will update the outcome.

I hope to give more stars.
