His conversational questions had a purpose. He provided the rationale for them as we moved through the process. He wanted to make sure that he provided for us EXACTLY what we wanted. He got to know us through those questions, and helped us tease out what our vision was for our trust and family. We felt heard, supported, and represented in the most professional way possible. Cecily was a rock star too, and together they make quite a team.
