Mr. Scalise lacks professionalism. Avoid him even if you are extremely desperate. He will let you down and not lose a any sleep over it. From my experience, he feels he is smarter than everyone in the room. He walks around with this cowboy like persona. He seems to think that because his name is on the door he can make all the rules and conduct himself however he likes.

Main complaints include submitting paperwork late or not at all. Questionable billing. Blaming client for his shortcomings. Questionable ethics.

Pros - Small retainer if you can talk him down. But don't expect that retainer to last long

Mr. Scalise and his paralegal are the best in the their field of business. I highly recommend the firm.
