Laura is extremely knowledgeable about family law and knows how to get things done in the courts. She multi tasks, she works fast and she doesn’t waste time. She keeps things moving so you will get results. Her billing is extremely fair, especially compared to other attorneys I’ve dealt with.
Laura is professional, funny, easy to talk to, honest and so nice. Now my narcissistic rageaholic ex husband wouldn’t agree with all that... he actually said he was scared of her! PERFECT.
Some words of advice... listen to Laura when she tells you the best way to work with her. Like not calling or emailing all the time to ask questions; make a list and call once. When she asks you for something, get it to her right away. If you haven’t heard from her it’s because nothing has happened, the courts can be slow. Help yourself (and your bank account) and work WITH Laura as much as you can to get your case resolved, you will learn a lot and you will be glad you did.
Legal issues can be scary and daunting and I hope I never have to deal with the courts again. But if I do, I know that with Laura on my side any issue will be resolved as quickly and favorably as is legally possible. In my honest opinion Laura is truly the best!
