I was working with this company and Kirk was pretty rude. The receptionist was nice enough, but when Kirk answered the phone, he was rude and hung up. People don't deserve to be treated that way and attorneys aren't above the rest of the world and should have manners.

Horrible!!! Me and my daughter were greeted by an awful ill mannered lady after which we waited in the lobby for 15 mins past our appointment before it was even announced that we had arrived. Simpkin pretty much blew us off after he finally talked us. I wouldn't recommend Simpkin and Simpkin.

Kirk handled a speeding ticket I received while passing through his area on the way back to Virginia. I was very happy with the result. I would recommend him highly.
