Just called to ask a simple question since this firm did my mother in laws will and my mother's will. I was so fureiois with the young lady who answered the call I just said thanks and hung up. I was told that she can't give me any information over the phone. So lets come in so we can make some more money off of you) I needed to make an appointment with one of their lawyers. I truly miss Heather Lewis who has since moved on to another office and is no longer with the Heritage Law Group. My mom stated that they no longer have the spirit of hospitality that existed when Heather Lewis was there. She exemplified what customer service means. Your customer service should always be priority#1 and not always about making money.

This is an amazing group who is always on your side and working hard for your benefit no matter what! There is no better law firm!
