If I could give her 0 starts that’s exactly what she would get. Terry Osbourne is not in it for the best interest of her client. She was representing a family member of mine, who at this time has been incarcerated for 120 days requesting a bond hearing since Nov the 3rd. Terry Osbourne has only got her an amended bed to bed bond, purposely not requesting a pr bond or secured bond to keep her client incarcerated. Her client was trying to get into a program Terry Osbourne was emailed the application 9 times beginning Dec 3 and never once went and did the application process with her client nor did she even follow up with her client about the process. She sent her client a letter February 4th stating the program had no recollection of who she even was which was a complete lie. I myself have been in close contact with the director for her client. Terry Osbourne also went in front of the honoring Judge and lied under oath stating she spoke with the director of the program and she was made aware they wouldn’t have bed space until the end of March. No Terry Osbourne you have not spoke with the director of the program you got that information from the family member the morning of court for your client. In fact Terry Osbourne has had no contact with this program or the director since December the 3rd of 2019. If I could give any advice to anyone with this attorney it would be in your best interest to retain your own attorney or request a new court appointed. Terry Osbourne is not in any interest of her clients at ALL! I will be writing the judge as well as contacting the board of licensing to find out how this person has a license to practice law lying under oath.

I can't even give one star! First off I thought the lady at the desk was the lawyer. At first glance when I saw who the lawyer was I was wondering what I was doing here. She/he whatever it is was dressed like she was going tailgating at a nascar race. Charged me 75 dollars to give me absolutely nothing. I was looking at getting a lawyer to help me find my grandpa's death certificate who was not in my life. Not battling a murder case, she/he was babbling on about how good she/he was at being a lawyer but didn't have the mind to write anything down and had the mind to say she/he needed 1200 dollars to investigate. What a ridiculous waste of time and 75 dollars to spend 15 minutes with a woman that looked like she lived in a trailer park. Highly recommend to anyone do NOT! go to this person whatever the stakes!

Awful person, awful lawyer, awful Guardian ad litem. Incredibly sexist and will defend and illegally give advise to the female in her cases. If you find yourself involved with this lady (if you can call her that) please ask the judge for another lawyer.
