UPDATE: I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. SUTTON AT THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR I just had an, in my opinion a malpractice, incident occur with Mr. Danny Sutton. He was representing my fiance, Mr. Derick Wilmoth Jr.. I advised Mr. Sutton that I am the proud mother of a newborn baby girl. She was born Saturday night. I called Mr. Sutton yesterday with urgent news that Mr. Wilmoth had been accepted into The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Program. He never called me back. I decided to rush from VCU Medical Center this morning having to leave my baby in the nursery to hurry and ride 2 different buses from downtown to the Henrico Courthouse. I made it with time to spare. I then found Mr. Sutton and informed him that I had gotten Mr. Wilmoth accepted into The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Program. Mr. Sutton said that didn't matter since Mr. Wilmoth was currently being held on other charges in Henrico. I then told him that Henrico had continued that court date to see what kind of program Mr. Wilmoth could get into. He then proceeded to tell me that if I was able to get Mr. Wilmoth a bond on those charges to go to the program, he could do the same on this violation. Then Court began. Instead of letting his client, Mr. Wilmoth, know that I had all of this in the works, he allows Mr. Wilmoth to take the rest of the time he had hanging over his head WITHOUT telling Mr. Wilmoth that I had gotten him accepted into the program. I'm pretty sure it's the law that Mr. Sutton was supposed to inform his client of this news since I wasn't able to tell Mr. Wilmoth myself since he just got accepted yesterday afternoon. After the trial I asked Mr. Sutton why he failed to tell his client this crucial information he couldn't tell me why and just kept avoiding me and walking away saying he was busy. This was so wrong, not to just Mr. Wilmoth but to his newborn daughter, and myself.

Dannie Sutton Has Represented Me Numerous Times Over The Years From Custody To Fraudulent Malicious Charges. He Is An Excellent Attorney Who Gives His Time Freely, For A Fee Of Course. Never Made Me Feel Rushed Or Unimportant.

I would highly recommend attorney Noah Downs. I have worked with him for several different needs, mainly helping me to put together legal documents for my business. He is very thorough and takes time to explain things clearly to make sure that you understand. I completely trust his expertise and know that he is looking out for my interest and recommending the best plan of action for my current and future needs.

I have to say Mr. DeVol has an overwhelming personality that literally made to court room laugh twice! Just made me feel very good knowing that he's that comfortable doing what he does. I've had nothing but great words to say about the Phone staff and the girls behind the lines that put all the paperwork together and really do the hard stuff! Todd DuVol Esquire has been a blessing to me and I'm sure too many of these other clients thank you
