Made an uncomfortable conversation we’d been putting off for years, comfortable & understandable. Simon & his office are professional, knowledgeable, & gives their all to making sure you get what you need!

What a great learning experience. Don’t wait, the guidance thru all the “I thought and someone said” was amazing. Everyone there was always readily available and very knowledgeable.
He and his office personnel were there for my dad and I as we maneuvered unfamiliar territory ( my mother was progressing in her Alzheimer's diagnosis, and my dad and I cared for her in their home until her death, and my daddy was physically deteriorating). . . That coupled with difficult family members, what to do to protect assets, all of the estate planning necessary. . . When my father passed away, he had been cynical about so much, but in the end he told me and a neighbor that he had such of peace of mind about the decision to invest in estate planning with Simon.
While losing both of my parents within a year and a half, and having a diagnosis of breast cancer at the same time, a wonderful husband and two middle School age children, this same estate planning allowed me peace of mind. We bought into the Family Plan ( the cost of perhaps a one hour consultation fee, you get a whole year of being able to ask questions and consult with Simon within reason). . . I like to think of it as we are now family members of Simon and his crew. This continues our peace of mind.
My husband and I are doing our own estate planning with Simon. My husband is very careful and sometimes cynical, as my father had been. After attending one of Simon Stapleton's seminars and taking advantage of the free consultation, AND seeing how my parents' trust and estate planning benefited my parents and even benefited us, he is overjoyed about the process of planning with Simon. This is especially important though we are " only" in our fifties as we have two children who will be in college in the next few years, and as we are actually beginning to plan for our retirement years.
Thank you, Stapleton Elder Law!

Pleasant, competent and agreeable group. I don't know that I could have found a better law office to handle the elder issue.

Growing older is not something many of us want to do, but let’s face it, it’s inevitable. What do you know about estate planning, Medicaid? Do you have a will in place? I was completely oblivious to it all, until I was introduced to the staff at Stapleton Elder Law. Everyone in the firm is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All of your needs will be taken care of in a timely manner, with everything explained thoroughly. I highly recommend giving Mr. Stapleton a call, and scheduling a consultation.

Forget all the stereotypes about attorneys! These guys are accessible, trustworthy, and most competent. The entire staff is compassionate to all aspects of dealing with the often times difficult and sensitive matters of estate planning and planning for your elder years. Top notch. Couldn't be more satisfied.
