I was charged with wreckless driving from a bad wreck and was looking at losing my license. I called Scott Goodman and he immediately met with me and took my case he pushed it back and did what he had to do. In court I didn't have to say a word Mr. Goodman had a great defense prepared and got my case dismissed saving a lot of time and money. Scott Goodman is the best around would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Scott Goodman was friendly and professional during my case of reckless driving (23 over in a 25), yet was also forgetfull and negligent in returning phonecalls and texts when he said he would- which made me feel like i didnt know what was going on. Mr. Goodman did have connections and experience with the cop and judge which was useful. I felt as though a lawyer wasn't needed in my case because all comparable reckless driving cases i saw that day, that weren't in a school zone, (about 8 of them) were dropped to speeding. He had said there was a 30% chance of it getting dropped to speeding in our consult. In summary, he's a friendly gentleman who's easy to talk to and cares about his clients, yet is neglectful when bringing you up to date on your case and on what he's been doing to lessen/absolve your offense.

Scott Goodman provided me with what I felt was absolutely the best legal representation I could have possibly gotten. I was charged with 5 counts of driving without a license, in Virginia, if convicted on all 5 I would have lost my license for 5 more years and done 150 days in jail. There were pictures of me driving, and the prosecution brought in multiple witnesses, she fought very hard in an attempt to convict me, and for some reason she wanted me to go to jail for a very long time even though I am a harmless college student. Anyway some people would say they had me "dead to rights." Mr. Goodman and I worked very hard together on this case, and in the end, he was able to avoid all 5 of those convictions, and I ended up being found guilty of "improper operator's license" instead, so I will pay a 200 dollar fine and about 200 in court costs. No jail time, no further loss of license. The prosecutor seemed very angry with the judges decision. =) Mr. Goodman is not cheap compared to other lawyers, and even then, I feel like I got MORE than what I paid for. There is no circumstance where I would not recommend Mr. Goodman.
