Robert P. Dwoskin is the idiot, worst lawyer I have encountered in my whole life. I hired him for traffic court hearing for speeding. Without my consent, he told the Judge I plead guilty because he didn't have time for my hearing and he had to leave in a minute for another hearing. He is insane, immoral lawyer, I am glad his license get suspended, thank you God.

I would recommend from my own experience a different lawyer. This lawyer not only could not remember my name after meeting with me several times and speaking on the phone, he also missed a court date that he set up himself. When I finally got in touch with him, he was in another county and I had to do all the work myself. He did tell me over the phone that we would discuss more money later. For what? Im not sure. I had retained him the first meeting, and everytime we talked after that he would ask me how much I had paid him. His staff was pleasant and apologetic. They were able to get back the money I had paid for the court date he never showed for but he refused to refund all of my money because I retained him and he showed for 30 minutes to set another court date (the one he missed). DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Not if you are serious about winning your case.
